Data Deletion

1. What gets deleted

When you request deletion, we remove your account and associated deal records, notes, documents and personal information from active systems.

2. How to request deletion

You can request deletion by emailing us at support@dealflowcrm.co.in with the subject “Data deletion request”, or from your account settings if available. Please include the email address associated with your account.

3. Verification

We verify your identity before processing a deletion request to protect your account from unauthorised deletion.

4. Timeline

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being purged on our normal backup rotation.

5. Exceptions

We may retain limited information where required by law, for fraud prevention, security, or to resolve disputes. Retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes.

6. Export before deletion

We recommend exporting your data before requesting deletion, as deleted data cannot be recovered.
