You can delete your Deal Flow CRM account and your business's data yourself, inside the app, at any time. You can also ask us to do it for you.
1. Delete your account (in the app)
- Sign in to Deal Flow CRM and open Settings → Account.
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete my account and type DELETE to confirm.
This removes your sign-in and personal details. Workspaces where you are the only member are deleted with all their data. If you own a workspace shared with others, make someone else its owner first (Settings → Team); the business keeps its records.
2. Delete a workspace (business data)
The workspace owner can open Settings → Account → Danger zone → Delete [workspace name]. This permanently removes every lead, contact, deal, task, note, file, message, call log and recording copy in that workspace. Cancel any paid subscription first (Settings → Subscription & billing). To keep a copy, export your data first from Settings → Data import & export.
A team member who only wants to leave a business's workspace can choose Leave [workspace name]; the records stay with the business.
3. Disconnect connected accounts
- Google (Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft (Outlook): Settings → Integrations → disconnect. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or account.live.com/consent/Manage. After disconnecting, Deal Flow CRM stops reading that mailbox or calendar and deletes its stored access tokens.
- WhatsApp: Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp → disconnect or unlink. Messages already saved on contacts' timelines stay until you delete those contacts or the workspace.
- Call Box: uninstall it from the Windows computer. Recordings saved in your own storage folder are yours to delete; copies kept in the CRM are deleted automatically after the period you set (at most 30 days).
4. Ask us to delete your data
If you cannot sign in, or you want us to do it, email support@dealflowcrm.co.in with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on the account (or include your registered mobile number). We will confirm your identity, then delete the account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you are a lead or customer of a business that uses Deal Flow CRM (for example, it called or messaged you) and want that business to delete your details, please contact the business directly, as it controls that data. You can also write to us and we will forward your request to it.
5. What we may keep
We keep payment and invoice records as long as tax and accounting laws require, and may keep limited information when needed to prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Residual copies in backups are removed in the normal backup cycle.
