Deal Flow CRM (“Deal Flow CRM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a deal flow CRM for teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Deal Flow CRM web application and this website.

By using Deal Flow CRM, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

2. Information you give us

When you create an account and use Deal Flow CRM, you may provide:

• Account information: your name, email address, password or single sign on credentials, and team membership.
• Profile information: your role, title and preferences.
• Deal data: companies, founders, funds, opportunities, stages, notes, meeting records, documents and valuations you enter.
• Documents: pitch decks, data room files and term sheets you upload.
• Billing information: plan, payment method details processed by our payment provider, and invoices.
• Support messages: information you send us by email or through support requests.

3. Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser type, device type, IP address, app version, crash diagnostics and basic usage events. We use this to maintain and improve Deal Flow CRM. We do not use advertising identifiers for personalised advertising.

4. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• create and secure your account and verify your identity;
• store and display your deal pipeline, records, notes and documents;
• provide search, insights and weekly review features;
• process billing and manage your subscription;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• maintain, troubleshoot and improve the service;
• detect fraud, abuse and security incidents; and
• comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your deal records for targeted advertising, and we do not use them to train public artificial intelligence models.

5. Legal bases for processing

Where required, we process your information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the service), because you have consented (for example, optional analytics), because we have a legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or because we must comply with the law.

6. How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run Deal Flow CRM, and only as needed:

• Cloud infrastructure: hosting, database and storage providers that store your data securely.
• Payment processor: processes your payment method and billing. We do not store full card numbers.
• Authentication provider: handles sign in and account security.
• Email provider: sends transactional and support emails.
• Legal requirements: when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, court order or to protect rights, safety and security.

We may also transfer information as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Data retention

We retain your account and deal records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you request deletion, we remove your account and associated records from active systems, except where we must retain certain information for legal, tax, fraud prevention or security purposes. Backup copies are deleted on our normal backup rotation.

9. Security

We use industry standard measures including encrypted HTTPS connections, authentication, restricted database access and account level data separation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your credentials safe and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Your choices and rights

• Access and correction: you can view and edit most information directly in Deal Flow CRM.
• Export: you can export your deal data at any time.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and data. See our Data Deletion page.
• Cookies: you can control cookies through your browser. See Cookies.
• Complaints: contact us at support@dealflowcrm.co.in and we will try to resolve your concern.

11. Children's privacy

Deal Flow CRM is intended for adults who work in teams. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can delete it.

12. Cookies and this website

This website is a simple information site. To measure our own ads on Facebook and Instagram, it uses the Meta Pixel, which tells Meta about page visits from your browser; it does not receive your CRM data. We do not use analytics cookies. See Cookies.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
