Deal Flow CRM has a free plan, so you can try the product before you pay. Paid plans are subscriptions you can cancel at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works. Payments are non-refundable, except for charges made in error.

1. Cancelling a subscription

  • Paid plans are paid for one year at a time and never renew or charge you automatically. If you do not renew, the workspace moves to the free plan a few days after the paid year ends.
  • The workspace owner or an admin can also cancel at any time in the app: Settings → Subscription & billing → Cancel the plan, which stops the renewal reminders. You can also email support@dealflowcrm.co.in from the account's registered email. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the year you have already paid for; after that the workspace moves to the free plan.
  • Moving to the free plan does not delete your data. If the workspace has more records than the free plan allows, you can still view and export them, but adding more needs a paid plan.
  • To reduce seats or move from Pro to Basic, choose the new seats or plan when you renew.

2. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription or seat is purchased, the amount paid will not be refunded, in full or in part. This includes unused time, unused seats, cancelling partway through a billing period, downgrading, changing your mind, or not using the Service.

Please use the free plan to try Deal Flow CRM before you buy. Nothing is charged again unless you renew.

3. Exception: billing errors

The only exception is an erroneous charge, meaning money taken from you by mistake because of a technical glitch or billing error, for example:

  • you were charged twice (a duplicate charge) for the same subscription or period;
  • you were charged an amount different from the one shown at checkout;
  • you were charged for a renewal you did not make;
  • your payment succeeded but no paid plan was ever activated on your workspace.

In these cases we refund the amount charged in error. Anything that is not a billing error, including the normal cases listed in section 2, is not refunded.

4. How to claim a refund for a billing error

  1. Email support@dealflowcrm.co.in from the account's registered email, with the subject "Refund request: billing error".
  2. Include proof of the error: your workspace name, the date and amount of each charge, the Cashfree order or payment ID(s), and a bank or card statement or screenshot showing the charge(s).
  3. We will verify the claim against our payment records. Incomplete requests or requests without proof may be declined until the proof is provided.
  4. Once a valid request with complete proof is received, we will process the refund within 7 days. The refund goes back to the original payment method through Cashfree; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show it.

5. Third-party charges

Charges by other providers, such as your mobile operator for calls, Meta for WhatsApp Business Platform conversations, or Google for a Gemini API key you add yourself, are billed by those providers. We do not refund them.
