How to raise a grievance
- Email the Grievance Officer with the subject "Grievance", your name and contact details, your workspace name if you have one, and a description of the issue with any relevant dates, screenshots or links.
- We acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours, or within 48 hours where the applicable rules allow.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 days of receiving it, and will tell you the outcome and the reasons for it.
If you are not satisfied
For complaints about personal data, if you are not satisfied with our response you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to receive complaints. You may also have rights under other applicable laws, such as consumer protection law.
If your complaint is about data that a business stores about you in its Deal Flow CRM workspace (for example, you received a call or message from that business), you can also contact that business directly, as it decides how your data is used. We will forward your complaint to it when needed.
