Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Deal Flow CRM (“the service”). By using Deal Flow CRM you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance

If you are using Deal Flow CRM on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The service

Deal Flow CRM is a deal flow CRM provided as a software as a service. We may update, improve or modify the service from time to time. We will try to avoid changes that materially reduce core functionality without notice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• upload or share content that infringes the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other accounts;
• interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code;
• resell or redistribute the service without our written consent; or
• use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Fees and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method. Fees are non refundable except as described in the Billing and Refunds policy. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

Deal Flow CRM and its content, features and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit to Deal Flow CRM. You grant us a licence to host, store and process that data in order to provide the service. We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Handling page.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your data as described in the Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free or completely secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
