Deal Flow CRM uses the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, plus the Meta Pixel to measure our own advertising. We do not use analytics cookies, and nothing in your CRM data (contacts, deals, messages, calls) is sent to advertisers.
What we store in your browser
| Type | What it is for | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in (essential) | Keeps you signed in securely. Stored by Firebase Authentication (Google) in your browser's storage. | No; without it you cannot sign in. |
| Preferences (essential) | Remembers choices such as your colour theme and the last workspace and views you used. | Clearing site data resets them. |
| App files and offline use (essential) | A service worker keeps a copy of the app's files so it loads fast and shows a notice when you are offline. It also delivers push notifications you turn on. | You can block notifications in your browser at any time. |
| Google sign-in (third party) | If you choose "Continue with Google", Google sets its own cookies to sign you in. | Use email or OTP sign-in instead. |
| Payments (third party) | Cashfree's checkout sets cookies needed to process a payment securely and prevent fraud. | Only used when you pay. |
| Advertising measurement: Meta Pixel (third party) | Meta sets cookies to tell us whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to visits, sign-ups and subscriptions, and to show our ads to the right people. It receives page visits, the fact that a workspace was created, and plan payments (amount and currency), with your browser and device details. It does not receive your CRM data. | Yes: block third-party cookies or use an ad blocker, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. |
Public pages we host for businesses (lead forms and booking pages) use only what is needed to submit the form or booking; the Meta Pixel is not used on them.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage will stop Deal Flow CRM from working properly. For more on how we handle personal data, see the Privacy Policy.
