Deal Flow CRMDeal Flow CRM is online software (software as a service). Nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
1. How the Service is delivered
- The Service is used in a web browser at this website, and in the Deal Flow CRM apps where available.
- The Deal Flow Call Box for Windows is delivered as a download from within the app (Settings → Integrations → AI calling).
- There is no delivery address and no delivery to any location; the Service can be used anywhere with an internet connection, subject to our Terms of Service.
2. When a paid plan starts
- A paid plan is activated on the workspace as soon as Cashfree confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes.
- You see the new plan in Settings → Subscription & billing, and Cashfree sends a payment confirmation to the email or phone number used at checkout.
- If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email support@dealflowcrm.co.in with the Cashfree order or payment ID. We will check the payment and activate your plan. See also the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
